Back home?

Today ends our 3 Week "back in South Africa". In our office (500m distance behind the tower in the middle) it is quiet. I have just a plethora of bills for the first half of 2010 finished and submitted. A chunk of work is unpleasant for the first time away.

somehow uncomfortable a good point. It describes so my mood since we are here again. Life here is so different and the re-entry after 10 weeks Europe pretty hard.

gone Sunday walk 4km still fast and then there were a total of 59 miles a week. I am very satisfied. My legs are still a bit hard but this should be so. Up to 48 hours should be the complete recovery, and then the whole exercise will hopefully solve one super-compensation (if I'm still right on my sports performance training days remember) and I'm megatopfit ...

Had 2x a nice run from our partners emitting community. Running even with the first 21 km. Then 2 people from another community are. That's nice.

It runs: Yesterday we were in community numbers 11 and 12 and next Sunday is our last official meeting.

the way I ran last week 55 miles and have thus managed to I've made up my mind. I came for the first time so that I could continue to run run as the distances. This is so well ;-)

Tomorrow I am to Saturday road every day and try to walk longer distances before I will rest in the last week. I'm curious.

will head for 4 hours 15 minutes! That would be a personal record.

On 2 July has come. I will run another marathon and to give you some updates from time to time.

this time I will try my personal best to crack (4,25,05). The track on the Lahn seems flat and fast. And it seems as if I would even get on the first 21.1 kilometers support. A friend may run with the first of two rounds.

yes I run continuously. Last week, started the hot phase. Almost 50 km. This week, at least as much. And next week 60 miles and while a long distance. Let's see if that fits into the schedule.

After a short crisis, with numb legs and slow times, I am now back very good about it.

Where do I even begin to write you what I think so everything ...

Man is good!

That's certainly the opposite of what many people believe. We especially Christians. Since man is always full of sin, separated from God and even evil.

Perhaps that is true! Nevertheless, I believe that man is good.

We created wonderful images of God, beautiful together (thanks Tom) and have so much potential, so much we can do with this one life. This is good and I think we should raise our faith and times of this page and promote it!

This morning I heard on the radio a South African production set in which musicians against crime in this country. They do good.

this I had to think that the majority of people like to do good would you? We do not like it when others suffer. We do not, making others poor. We feel good when we do something useful. We can help. Yes, I think that the vast majority of people is good and acts out whatever looks in a particular case of "good" motivations out.

Solely is the problem that we do not get it baked, as Paul has already said. We all (religious or not religious, spit or red socks) do not do the good that we do like to do.

And finally, we talk about why this is so. The system, the consumer society, individualism, selfishness, capitalism, fear with security, fun, frustration or whatever always pushing us.

But that's why we're not bad people. Therefore, we are not angry - we only do what is evil all the time. And no, I'm not saying that we are poor victims of the system. No, no! Think we do not already allowed to decide for themselves and we also own So please ...

But I say that we Christians finally time to bring good news to the people. A message that ties in with their good motivations, a message that sees their potential and desires, which hand out their good motivations. A message that with God and make us the world more effectively, and a message that ascribes them love and grace when they have time something evil, as we just do it all.

Man, skin out the good news and listens to whining!

It just grabbed me. For the first time in months, I follow the spontaneous impulse to have to get rid of something right now and put it on my blog ...

Well:

I believe that God loves everyone unconditionally.
I think he has become of this reason, Jesus man.
I think that expresses God's love in Jesus and his life.
I believe that God wants to reconcile the world to himself through Jesus.
I believe that I have a reconciliation with God, my people and myself can learn very personally.

I believe that Jesus died to show the world that it is pointless to use his power.
I think he died to bear all the suffering in the world.
I think he offers forgiveness undVersoehnung at this moment.
I think he invited me to a life that is marked by forgiveness.

I think that he is alive today because he is God and that is always there.
I hope (yes, swinging uncertainty) that I live with him forever.

I believe that God will bring me through reconciliation in the world in which I ...
- people love unconditionally
- I'm like God to turn to my fellow human beings throughout
- responsibly with my talents (which is often, which strengtheneth me) immediately and you agree unconditionally
- joy and all sorrow share
- the life-giving effect of forgiveness instructions

So, has no claim to be complete and it is not even well thought out.

And because it annoys me every time: No, I do not think God wants to excellence that we provide the best for him. It must not be good!!

It must be honest!

I demand more honesty in churches!
