Is atheism a religion? I had always the vague idea that organized religion is the worst thing produce human spirituality can and it seems as if the example also the view of most of these mystic religions. Even the story of Jesus can be read in my opinion as a fight against organized and thus deadlock, dead religion.
appears to me as one of the great advantages of agnostic or atheistic attitude toward God. Although we avoided the sometimes quite nice community experiences and the choir singing (which there are only very rare outside a religious context), but that's why not all the stuff on the cheek that is associated with even the most organized religion: self-righteous priest, outdated morals and ideas about life and so on.
course, you can enjoy these benefits even if you live outside of his religion oranisierten framework, clear. But you will be faced with at least the "orthodox" view of religion again. As an atheist it is theoretically also around this annoyance.

smooth but a few Americans on this wonderful idea
.
I do not know what other atheists and agnostics think of it, but for me now is the highlight of the two is that they are not a religion.
